Site Design

The goal was to design the site plan for a medical office building with an 8,000 sf minimum and retail pharmacy with drive thru lane by using the Town of Smithtown zoning regulations as well as the Land Development Regulations and the Suffolk County Department of Health Services Waste Water Management requirements to design the site plan. The site is located within “NB Business” district.
